Job Description: These employees are responsible for providing support to instructors and students alike. Team members in this position will greet students and parents. Do check-ins, answer questions, and sell classes and process payments. They will assist instructors in setting up their classrooms, managing equipment, and do light cleaning and organizing in the gym. Cirque Support staff may be trained on rigging, inventory, or running open studios. Pay starts: $12/hr Compensation includes training package .

Job Description: Instructor - Part Time
Cirque Indy Instructors teach aerial classes in various apparatus and non-apparatus disciplines. Applicants should have a passion for working with students, experience coaching aerial or other disciplines, strong, spacial reasoning skills, a foundational understanding of their chosen apparatus/discipline and a commitment to professionalism. Applicants should have completed a teacher training program or be willing to attend a teacher training program withing 6 months of hiring. We are looking for instructors for upper level classes, youth classes, private classes.
Position Filled:
Youth Program Coordinator
Job Description: Youth Program Coordinator part-time ~ 10-20hrs/week
Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for nurturing and maintaining the youth program at Cirque Indy, serving kids from ages 6-12. YPC works with management to set and achieve program goals. YPC will work with a team of youth program instructors, manage staffing, and liase between staff, parents and managment. YPC will manage the schedule. YPC will maintain email lists for prospective and current students as well as manage email communications. YPC will assist will all aspects of the business that are relevant to the support of the youth program including marketing, communication, events, and maintenance. Pay starts: $17/hr - Compensation includes training package.
